As of January 20, Winterfest Weekend at Heritage is full. No more registrations will be accepted and no walk-in registrations will be accepted at the door.

Congratulations to the 2010-2011 Lodge Officers elected at the January lodge meeting! They'll be installed into their new positions at the Family Banquet on March 20.

Home Troop Elections Request and Team Training
We're approaching that time of year when unit leaders can request a lodge Home Troop Elections team to visit the unit to conduct an OA Election and camp promotions presentation.
OA Members: Get trained so you can conduct elections. Training will be held during Winterfest and also on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Alcoa Business Service Center building (30 Isabella St, North Side - next to the Alcoa corporate offices and PNC Park).
Unit Leaders: Request a Home Troop Election by sending the request form in to Flag Plaza by February 28, 2010. Nominate an adult from your unit for OA membership with the Adult Nomination Form.
2010 Dues - Due by Mar. 31
Your lodge dues for 2010 are due by March 31, 2010. (There's $5 late fee after that date.) Fill out the dues form with your contact information and the dates you became an Ordeal/Brotherhood/Vigil Honor member, as appropriate, and send the form back to Flag Plaza.
Remember: You must pay your lodge dues before you can attend any lodge events for the year.
Family Banquet - Mar. 20
The Family Banquet, our annual dinner and awards ceremony, is March 20, 2010 at the Independence Middle School in Bethel Park. Check-in will begin at 3:45 PM, with dinner beginning at 4:45 PM.
We encourage you to invite your family and friends as your guests. The cost for each person is $18. Registrations are due by March 5, 2010 — No Late Registrations Accepted! Send in your registration today!
A significant portion of the costs for the family banquet is raised with the sale of ads appearing in the evening's program—they've helped us keep the ticket price constant for the past five years. Please help us meet our challenge of $4,800 in ad sales by selling ads to local businesses and friends or family members. Ad pricing information and an ad order form are availabile. Remember: Ad information, artwork and money must be turned in at Winterfest!
Calling all Photographers
If you take any photos at lodge events, please get in touch with the webmaster. We're trying to build a photo gallery and need the photos to put in it! Email photos [at] enda57.org with your photos or for more information.

Register and pay online with a major credit card and you'll be all set for the weekend. Online registration is available for the following events:
